The purpose of this training is to provide forensic DNA analysts with a thorough understanding of how GeneMapper ID Software analyzes forensic STR data because it is important to understand how genotype results are obtained to confidently present your results in court. This information will also allow you to ensure your analysis settings are defined appropriately, which helps to minimize the amount of time spent on data interpretation. In addition, you will be able to troubleshoot data analysis issues more effectively.
